Repairs & Returns

To return goods to us for whatever reason you need to request a Product Returns Number (PRN). Please contact our returns department on 0844 414 2990 who will is issue a PRN for the item in question.

We regret that any item s returned without a valid PRN will be returned to sender un-opened.

We endeavour at all times to repair or replace items returned to us, that are found to be faulty, in a prompt and efficient manner. Our policy with respect to repairs and returns is stated within our Terms and Conditions of Trade as detailed here
